The Sudama Devi Bhagwan Das Jaiswal Foundation, through its flagship Disha Project, is dedicated to illuminating young minds with the power of education and guidance. With a deep belief in equal learning opportunities for all, Disha focuses on providing academic support, value-based learning, and emotional encouragement to children from underserved communities. Our mission is to help every child build confidence, develop life skills, and discover their full potential, ensuring they are not just educated but truly empowered. Through Disha, we strive to create pathways of hope, inspiration, and lifelong progress — nurturing a generation that learns, grows, and leads with purpose.

I used to believe that opportunities like coding or digital learning were only for city kids. Through Project Disha’s mentorship and digital literacy sessions, I not only learned how to use a computer but also created my first presentation for school. Today, I volunteer to teach younger students basic tech skills. Disha gave me confidence and a purpose I never imagined
After Class 12, I was unsure what to do next. Project Disha’s career guidance sessions helped me understand my strengths and choose the right path. My mentor guided me on communication and entrepreneurship. I’ve now started my small graphic design studio with two friends — and it all began with Disha showing me the direction.
Project Disha introduced tablets and e-learning tools in our school. For the first time, we could see lessons come alive through visuals and interactive content. It made learning fun and meaningful. I started helping my classmates use these tools, and now I dream of becoming a teacher who uses technology to inspire others
